"Really exceptional experience from start to finish! It is a lovely property in a good location. It was clean and comfortable with a modern heating system that kept a nice level of temperature at all times. I arrived soaking wet after a long motorbike ride in the rain and the host took my wet things and hung them in a warm room to dry. The next day, the host was very chatty and showed me a popular biking route on the map... I changed my route and followed his recommendation... it was amazing. There was such a lovely atmosphere. I would really recommend this to anyone; families, lone travellers, bikers... it's great."

"Friendly and informative welcome. The hotel is spotless, as was our room. The breakfast was wonderful. The location is good- a very pleasant 10 minutes walk to the estuary and 5 minutes to the medieval centre. I really cannot fault anything."
