"C'est un magnifique chalet avec un bel environnement. Boris est un hôte très accueillant et attentionné, qui aime partager et aussi cuisiner. Ces moments ont été vécus avec beaucoup de convivialité. Le studio et la literie étaient très propres. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps, d'autant que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la balnéothérapie mise à notre disposition. "La vue de la terrasse est magnifique, la chambre confortable, la literie impeccable: on y dort très bien. Les sanitaires sont très propres et pratiques. Le matin un bon petit-déjeuner nous attendait dans la salle à manger avec tout le nécessaire pour une bonne journée à la neige. Boris est attentif et sympathique."

"Stunning view from the balcony. Tram just outside the building, good location. By foot ca 50 minutes walk to downtown on the Promenade des Anglais. Enough space, good beds, shutters to make rooms completely dark. Well equipped, but only 1 pot and 2 pans. We loved it and would definitely book it again."

"Everything about the hotel was perfect. I arrived at 22:30 at night, reception and security guard were very welcoming, all smiles, hotel quite at night not noisy got 8 hrs sleep every night with no noisy neighbours coming or going. Room cleaned everyday. For the price i payed it was very good. The location maybe not disarble for everyone espically ladies but late at night given that the metro is only 5 minutes away with connections Gare de l'est and on to the Lourve vital to tourist spots. I had no issues or saw any issues with tourist in the Porte de la Villette area and would come back again."
