L'Annexe kinnitunud Maël-Pestivienis. Puhkemajal on soojendusega suplusala, aed, grillimisvahendid, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. Mittesuitsetajatele mõeldud majutusasutus kinnitunud Begardi golfiväljakust 44 km kaugusel. Puhkemajas on DVD-mängija, köök koos nõudepesumasina, praeahju, mikrolaineahju ja kõige muu vajalikuga, elutuba koos istumisnurga ja einestamisnurgaga, 1 magamistuba ning 1 vannituba koos vanni ja dušiga. Puhkemajas on ka rätikud ja voodipesu. Majutusasutusel on väljas asuv einestamisnurk. Puhkemajas on ka beebivärav. Lähim lennujaam on Lorient South Brittany lennujaam, mis jääb majutusasutusest L'Annexe 80 km kaugusele.

"This was the perfect little retreat on a lovely quiet rural farmstead. The hosts were amazing, just the right level of hospitality but not intrusive at all. We also met the gorgeous friendly ponies and cats. Lovely welcome basket with farm eggs and baguette with some local cider. Lots of nice hot water for the bath and shower. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Comfy bed. It was all just spot on and an absolute bargain."
"There was nothing I’ve didn’t like, maybe it would be handy to have one empty cupboard shelf in the kitchen to store food when staying. Or maybe a bread bin People who aren’t country types will need to remember that it’s a farm, so in winter there may be some mud to walk through. Worth having some welly’s or crocks or something for outside, especially if you want to meet the animals."
"Warm and friendly welcome by our host Richard and Ju, Thank you. It was a very peacefully place to stay in the French countryside and was very good value for the money. A lovely quiet location to explore all directions of Brittany. The Gite is very spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable but very low which was a problem for us with mobility issues, also the stairs with the rope banister which was a problem to use, for a fit person NO problem. The bedroom has a lovely modern and very large ensuite shower room, Thank you again for a very pleasant 4 nights stay."
