"This Hotel is amazing, the staff was so friendly, they showed me the room and made a little tour showing me around and let me feel at home, the Mexican staff lady was extremely friendly and helpful (sorry didn't got her name) the car parking was reserved and easy to park, Electric car could be charged free of charge. the restaurant was excellent with a great sea food buffet I can highly recommend eating there, the pool and Spa were stunning. high quality standard Hotel."

"Lovely hotel, stylishly decorated. Well located close to the beach (where we found free parking every day of our stay). Lovely pool which we enjoyed using each afternoon. We visited the bar a couple of evenings and enjoyed drinks there. The breakfast in the restaurant was good although some items had run out by the time we arrived. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"Beautiful property, tastefully renovated in an unbeatable location in what we think is the most beautiful part of the lake. The gardens, restaurant and spa we fabulous. It was tempting to stay in the hotel, enjoying the cocktails and the beach / lake views. We had the Sunday brunch which was lovely, as well as dinner. Great wine options. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The star of our stay was the boat trip on the lake, really stunning and highly informative. Thoroughly recommend for both families and couples. We travelled with our children on the way back from skiing and fully relaxed and refreshed at the hotel."
