Le Magic Hall asetseb Rennes'i kesklinnas Ville'i linnaosas, 600 meetri kaugusel Rennes'i ülikooli haiglast ja 1-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Palais des Congrès'st või Saint Pierre'i katedraalist. Kohapeal on ka terrass ja läheduses on avalik aed. Magic Hall kinnitunud 500 meetri kaugusel Couvent des Jacobinsist (1,4 km kaugusel Champs Libres ...) Kõik avarad toad on ainulaadse kujundusega, mis on kujundatud kino-, tantsu-, teatri- või muusikateemal. Tubades on lameekraaniga televiisor. Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. You immediately feel at home. The rooms standard. Bathroom a bit obsolete but the good idea is that the toilet is separated. Bed is super comfortable. We slept like babies! It wad very calm."
