"Très bel appartement en duplex situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage du centre d'Arcachon, dans le centre ville (Monoprix à 150 m), sans être dans la zone piétonne ce qui peut être un avantage si on prend la voiture de temps en temps et qui évite bien des désagréments quand il y a la brocante ou autres. Ici, tout peut se faire à pied. Plage, commerces, restaurant. Parc Mauresque très joli situé juste derrière et ville d'hiver à visiter. Le logement est entièrement rénové avec goût et les espaces sont généreux. Rien ne manque. Accueil excellent et attentionné par Maryline que je remercie infiniment. Si vous souhaitez passer de belles vacances en famille et ne presque pas avoir besoin de prendre votre voiture sauf pour visiter les environs, c'est la location qu'il vous faut. Emplacement de parking attitré au pied du logement."

"We absolutely enjoyed staying at this apartment! It is beautifully decorated and the owners really did a good job in efficiently using the space while still keeping it cozy. They even have a working washing machine! Plus it was perfectly clean, no spot of dirt or dust to be found. Not even under the bed (I tend to drop my stuff underneath the bed, which is why I checked before we left ☺️). Parking was possible in the street just in front of the building but it really depends on what time you arrive. The later the evening, the harder it gets to find a parking spot. But during Daytime I would say it’s not a problem at all. It was affordable without sacrificing quality, meaning an overall beautiful city sanctuary 😇"

"Fabulous!! Stunning apartment, very comfortable and well equipped. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were beautifully decorated. There were 20 women in our group and it was plenty big enough for us all. It had a lift which was also useful. The location is perfect as walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Champs de elysee and Arc de Triomphe. Would highly recommend this apartment and the communication prior to and on leaving was very good."

"The property is easily accessible from Gare du Nord, by walking. Of course other modes of transport like the metro and buses are also available. The host, Andrea, is very welcoming and provided more than adequate instructions and helpful tips."
