"Right on Champagne Boulevard which was perfect for wine tasting and still just a quick walk into town. Apartment was spacious, warm and comfortable. Having a shower in the bedrooms wasn’t something we’d seen before but actually worked really well."

"Right along the Avenue de Champagne and comes with 2 private underground parking spaces. Generous bedrooms and lovely communal area with lounge and dining table which converts to a pool table. Friendly and very helpful and communicative host who gave us great tips around the Habits de Lumiere festival."

"The property was tastefully decorated, very well maintained, very clean and very comfortable; a true home away from home. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The is large TVs throughout, and an excellent internet connection. The property has an elevator, stairs, and an allocated car parking space. We were very happy for the convenience of supplies (eg, washing-up liquid, dishwasher pods,coffee/tea, etc) so that we didn’t need to repeatedly visit the supermarket (an express supermarket is located about 750m/10min walk away) about two blocks away. There are crockery/cutlery/glasses/mugs etc; electric kettle, drip coffee machine, Nespresso espresso machine, washing machine and dryer. The property’s photos accurately reflect the property. Communication with the property was exceptional and detailed."

"Elegant and newly renovated flat with lots of space, inside garage and nice tv's in each room and the living room. Right in the middle of Epernay with the big champagne houses just outside the door."

"Really the only small things was that there was a problem with the kitchen tap but our host was happy to fix it straight away however we said don’t worry. Wait until we leave. There wasn’t any tea or coffee so bring your own, but there is a Nespresso machine as well as a percolator"

"My room was lovely. Very comfortable and quiet. Daniel was very welcoming. He's very tech savvy, I think, so sent videos of how to get to the house, but travelling on my own proved beyond me, so he came out to meet me. I needed a copilot! The town is interesting with lots of old manoirs, some looking very well cared for. Nice choice of restaurants but Daniel was happy for his guests to use the fridge - and freezer! I was too travel weary to think about preparing anything to eat, so he showed me which were the best places to eat out."

"The location was excellent. It is a very nice area with local bakeries and restaurants. Short walk to the Eiffel tower and other tourist places , it is very close to the Balzac’s house and it is perfectly located in a lovely Parisian neighborhood. The flat has all that you may need for a nice and confortable stay in Paris and a good option for a small family or couple"
