"What a wonderful house in a fantastic location. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, right next to the dunes – perfect for long walks, even all the way to the other coast. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and is wide, peaceful, and dog-friendly. The house itself has everything you need: a comfortable living area, a spacious open kitchen fully equipped with everything imaginable, a utility room, and clean, modern bathrooms. Upstairs there’s a lovely seating area on the landing with a view over the nature reserve. Everything was spotless, and the large fenced garden was perfect for my dog. We had all kinds of weather, including a heatwave, and to my surprise there was air conditioning – such a relief, especially for my dog, as walking to the beach was too hot at times. The host, Laura, was amazing – always quick to respond and very helpful. If you’re looking for space and quiet, especially outside the high season, this place is a gem."
"Honestly, I can’t think of anything. Just be aware that local facilities are limited – the village has a small supermarket and a couple of restaurants, but the local butcher and bakery were closed (I assume they only open during the high season – I stayed in the second half of June). Larger supermarkets are about 15 minutes away by car."

"Excellent communication with the host, easy to find and to get in. Good location from le Grand Bornand skiing, yet out of the way from the crowds. The place was spacious and clean, and Natalie an excellent and communicative host. The house is adjacent to a road with quite a bit of traffic notably in the morning and evening (commutes?), but the house is well insulated and no perceptible noise. Abundant stash of towels and ample space for two couples and a handful of kids."

"Sehr ruhig + sauber, gute Betten, grosszügige Raumgestaltung, schöner Balkon mit Meeresblick, Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sehr gute Kommunikation, sehr netter und professioneller Empfang. 2' bis zum Meer; guter! Supermarkt in 5' Fuss-Entfernung: gutes Sortiment, Kaffee, Bier möglich, sehr nettes Personal! Auch Früchte + Gemüse - hundertmal lieber hier einkaufen als im überlaufenen und obergestressten Super U im Zentrum von Ajaccio ! Restaurants am Strand. Wir waren im Ariadne, auf Empfehlung, und sehr zufrieden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für La Pointe de Parata und Les 🏝️ Sanguinaires. Busverbindung in die Stadt, EUR 3/erwachsene Person. Sehr zu empfehlen."
