"Nice and clean. Location is a bit far from the center, but really close to metro M7 and a decent shopping mall. The host is super helpful, attentive for all questions. He had some nice hints for the neighbourhood and city."

"More of an improvement suggestion than a dislike, it would have been nice if there is a dishwasher or some more diahes/cutlery. It does not ruin the overall good impression of the apartment"

"Convenient location with parking garage and shopping center next door. Close to the MRT, so a good location to start the discovery of the city. A quite complete kitchen and a spacious bathroom made it a comfortable stay."

"A rather small bed. Although the matrass was very good, we are used to a bigger size bed, but certainly not the first time to find a smaller bed in Paris."

"Public transport, stores and restaurants are fairly close. The house is located in a dead-end, so it was quiet."

"Maybe some local lights above the mirror in the bathroom and above the washbasin in the kitchen could have been useful."

"Honestly, I wouldn't give it more than a 7-8. I give it a 9 only because of the host, who after several initial troubles provided us with full assistance. Although we arrived with 2 cars, there is covered and secure parking in a mall which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Metro station 4-5 minutes away. Very big Auchan supermarket. Many bakeries around. Bedrooms are quiet and beds are comfortable."

"The code for the key box we were given was wrong and we had to wait for about an hour outside, because we couldn't reach the host by phone. 1 wrong digit but quite stressful especially with a baby in our arms. Bathrooms need improvement. The cleanliness could be better. We had a problem with electric fuse, which made the dishwasher non-functioning"

"We enjoyed our 3 days. The studio was small but clean, only 5 minutes walking from the subway. I would book it again. Also the price was very reasonable for Paris. The neighbourhood does't have nice traditional buildings, but it was clean and everybody was friendly."

"The apartment is located very close to the M7 stop of Kremlin-Bicêtre, not central but very well connected to the city centre thanks to the M7. Apart from that, the apartment was very nice, clean and fully equipped. Just a few steps away there is a big shopping mall with a huge Auchan supermarket which was very convenient and of excellent quality. The check-in was a piece of cake. We got all the necessary instruction per WhatsApp and it went quite smoothly. We also felt very safe as there are several doors for which you need a key fob."

"I found the location not very central but that disadvantage was totally made up by the good shopping facilities and the high standard of the apartment."

"Really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and a great size for 1–2 people. The kitchen is super handy if you’re staying a few days or even longer. Bathroom was nice and everything felt well-kept. Just a 5-minute walk to the metro, so you’re only 20–30 minutes from the heart of Paris. Mr Benjamin was fantastic - friendly, helpful, and made settling in really easy, even providing us with free Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine ;) Definitely coming back next time we’re in Paris!"

"Perfect balance of price and quality in Paris I stayed at L'Escapade Paris and was thoroughly pleased. I’d like to highlight a few great points: 1. Location: Excellent. All the necessary infrastructure is right there, and having a couple of lovely bakeries just steps away for a fresh baguette or croissant in the morning was a fantastic perk. 2. Comfort & Cleanliness: The room/apartment was impeccably clean, very cozy, and featured a thoughtful detail—a coffee machine. Being able to start the day with a proper coffee without having to go out was a real bonus. 3. Staff: Polite, pleasant, and always ready to help. For me, it was the ideal choice—comfortable and unpretentious, yet with clear attention to detail. I would definitely recommend it. Special thanks to the hotel manager Benjamin. He is a wonderful manager!💜🌹🩷"

"It was so tidy and clean. Fresh towels and cleaning products available. The dishwasher was also fantastic with our big family. Beds were comfy, nice hot showers. The property manager Benjamin was amazing, lots of recommendations and even on check out he was helping us with our travels."
