See peatumiskoht paikneb Le Croisici sadamas, La Baulest vaid 10-minutilise autosõidu ja SNCFi rongijaamast 15-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Aadressis on rõduga avarad toad. Kõikides peatumiskohti L'Estacade tubades on lameekraaniga televiisor ja privaatne vannituba. Mõned magamiskohad on merevaatega ning enamik tube on rõduga. Puhkemajais on einestamisala ja igal hommikul serveeritakse hommikubuffeei Rootsi lauas. Külalised saavad nautida õhtust jooki peatumiskohti baaris või lõõgastuda terrassil.
