"All was as advertised! They were very helpful and fast to answer. Clean, spacious and comfy! Remember to bring your own washing machine powder if you want to wash clothes, also shampoo and balsam. The location is great, but if you want to walk to the center, you will have to take a lot of stairs, which is also a good exercise. There are no Ubers, but there are city bikes, busses and taxis. Taxis can only be ordered, you won’t see them on the streets. It’s extremely quiet. Had a great stay!"

The rooms were tastefully decorated, the pool area very relaxing, and our hosts were a delight and provided lots of tips on the local area as well as a wonderful breakfast each day. We had an amazing stay at La Closerie De Sarlat and will definitely be returning."
"We arrived on our motorcycles extremely hot and tired after a long ride in 38°C temperatures to be greeted by a wonderful air conditioned hotel and friendly host. The rooms were large and spacious and recently decorated, as were the bathrooms. In our hot and tired state the presence of a lift was very welcome instead of the stairs. We enjoyed a lovely dinner and could have used the pool if we could have faced going back into the heat outside!"
