"The hotel was stylish and comfortable, with a small but perfect spa, a lovely bar/dining area and a perfect courtyard garden. Our room was spacious and amazingly quiet given it's central location. Great deep bath too - which is a rarity in any hotel. The whole hotel is extremely clean with professional staff and we would definitely stay there again. The location is very close to the Breguet Sabin metro so extremely easy to reach from Gare du Nord on the M5 line."

"On the second day, we left the room at 9:30. At 16, it still had not been cleaned. I had to ask the reception. It was cleaned in a very short time span after the request. In addition, there was a lot of noise because a sewage problems. The twin bed rooms are on the side of street, which is a relatively quiet street but the sound isolation of the window is not sufficient and you hear a lot of what happens on the street, even on floor 3. No one helped us with our luggage when we arrived or left. Strange for a 5 star hotel. The room intendance visits the rooms only once a day. The rooms are not being visited for the evening setup. The safe is too small. You can not store a tablet or laptop inside of it. The rooms are a bit small. But it’s Paris"

"The hotel is in a n ice location, the bar downstairs is very nice (the house wine was lovely) and the staff were very helpful. Overall very pleasant."

"For the money, the suite was very plain and didn't have any wow factor. We are regular travellers and often have suites - this was quite average. Also the breakfast was expensive for what was offered. We went to a lovely cafe nearby that offered lovely food for half the price."

"The design and ambience of the hotel was very nice - nice interiors. Room was very comfortable, a walk in shower may have been preferred as opposed to a deep bath tub."

"Breakfast for a 5* was very average (e.g. all the cheese was hidden under a kitchen towel and not ripe either for eating), but the dining room is beautifully presented and designed. Staff were very friendly but not particularly knowledgable about the surrounding areas."
