"It's fantastic. These are the best apartments. It feels like coming home. Very clean and comfortable. The bed in the bedroom is 12 out of 10 in terms of mattress quality. High-quality bed linen and towels. Spacious living room with a large TV. The kitchen has everything you need and more. All the kitchen utensils and even a blender. Coffee, tea, oil and much more. There are also two balconies, one of which is large with a fantastic view of the mountains where you can enjoy a cup of coffee. There is a bakery nearby. Private, covered parking for cars. This is a benchmark of quality and comfort for other apartments. I highly recommend it. I will definitely be back."

"We were a bit anxious about our stay as we'd read a bad review -- but we absolutely loved it! If you're wanting to stay in a beautiful, classic apartment that makes you feel like a genuine local, this is the place for you! We were happy to miss out on what might be considered more 'modern' conveniences - like a lift, or a more convenient bathroom/shower/toilet lay-out (you'll see when you get there!) for the wonderful ambience of a tastefully decorated, old-world-feel, authentic apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was clean, everything worked as it should. The location was the cherry on top - close to everything."

"Immaculately clean and comfortable. Has everything you need, plenty of towels and quilts, pillows. Washing machine useful for a week’s stay when you only have hand baggage. The only reason we didn’t give 10/10 was that it would’ve been good to have a simple safe to store our passports. But having said that the apartment feels secure and there’s a cupboard with a key so we locked valuables in there. We will definitely be again when visiting Nice."

"Loved our 2 night stay. The apartment is immaculate, light and airy with a small courtyard garden. On a road but excellent glazing so very peaceful inside. Very central and right on the Velo Francette cycle route. Cafes/bars/bakeries within short walking/cycling distance. We were able to securely store our bikes in the courtyard garden. Very communitive owner regarding check in details - thank you for a great stay."

"We had to book this at very short notice after a very bad experience at another Booking.com property. The host was very helpful, enabling us to arrive quickly and settle in our by now very disgruntled cat. The place is very private and very well equipped. It has a very efficient heating system, making it a very comfortable place to stay. It’s only a few minutes drive from Montauban which is a lovely city."
