"Everything. The host was really helpful and friendly. The apartment was private and perfect for a family holiday. The pool was wonderful, and the location was ideal. It was quiet and you could easily walk to the beach and the cosy city centre of Sainte Maxime. We will definitely recommend this place and we will come back."

"The owner was very nice and around if we needed but not in our way. Pool is lovely - it is shared but was never busy. Beds are super comfortable and it had everything we needed. Aircon appreciated. Off-road parking space great and all felt very safe and secure."

"There’s a small stream running at the garden area and some noisy frogs who sadly didn’t do a great job of keeping the mosquitos away! Also would feel a little unsafe for small kids with the drop down to the stream. You do also have to drive everywhere but for what we paid it was totally fine."

"Frank, the owner, is such a great guy, genuine and honest! He made us feel very welcome and helped with a lot of information. The property is excelent, you could see the work and passion put into building everything. The apartment was big enough, clean and with everything needed. The terrace was great and the pool area is amazing :) The location is also nice, in a quiet and private area, with private parking available. Would definitely recommend!"

"Located in a gated community, the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The host were very nice (they even offered a chocolate rabbit to our kids for Easter). I would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends ."

"My apartment was very well equipped, quiet, extremely comfortable, with access to my own private terrace and small garden area. The air conditioning was very welcome (and quiet) given the September heat. The gardens and pool area are beautifully maintained. The parking is secure. I have been visiting Ste Maxime for over 40 years and it was great to return after an absence of 5 years. Would I return to this property? Yes definitely."

"It was such a cosy villa with a private pool that the children loved! We had an apartment with two rooms as we are a family with 2 children and our own kitchen and own garden area with chairs and tables! The kitchen was fully equipped and the owners were so friendly and helpful and with very good english. We had a garage which was accessible with an automatic gate and this was really such a relief! We really enjoyed our stay!"

"The property is really comfortable, clean and easily accessible. It is well equipped, with all the necessary things you will need (towels, pans/pots, cutlery and so on). The swimming pool, and the garden with all the fruit trees give an additional relaxing touch. The owners (Frank and Giusy) are super friendly. Before our stay, the few times we messaged, they were fast with their replies and helpful with the questions. During our stay they were also super helpful and gave us a lot of suggestions for our time in Sainte-Maxime. We would certainly go back."
