"Excellent location. About 1 minute on foot from the closest metro station. Great food nearby (we recommend Bistro Cyrano) and easy access to tourist sights."

"The hot water did not work the first night. The host was very responsive and kept us updated on the status. A plumber was called the next day (a Sunday) and it was fixed."

"Camera molto carina, vicinissimo alla metro e con tutti i servizi necessari per un buon soggiorno. Dispone di pentole, piatti, bicchieri, asciugacapelli e ferro da stiro. L'host è stato veramente gentile e cortese. Un ottimo soggiorno"

The communication via chat was always efficient and friendly, any maintenance issues were resolved in a timely manner. The location of the property is perfect for access of all central Nice attractions by walking and there’s many shops and restaurants right outside. "The location was excellent,, which is why I chose it. The apartment had all the necessary equipment and on the whole was well furnished. An excellent outlook down on the street below and of the mountains over the tops of the opposite buildings. I had to contact the property manager as there was no water supply at all in the apartment when I returned early one evening. They were very, very helpful."
