"It was easy to find and family run. Had a very French experience Shower was great and hot. Soaps also there. We were served a wonderful tagline and couscous meals. Breakfast was also very good. Warn croissants orange juice coffee and selections of cheese and bread. Owner was friendly and went out of his way to please his guests"

"A Perfect Family Getaway at Villa Eve! We had a wonderful stay at Villa Eve in Châteauneuf-Villevieille. The location is peaceful and scenic, offering a relaxing escape with stunning views of the surrounding hills. The villa itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for our family was the swimming pool—clean, well-kept, and perfect for both adults and kids. Our children absolutely loved it and spent hours splashing around and enjoying the sunshine. It really added a fun and refreshing touch to our holiday. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality and attention to detail made a big difference and truly elevated our experience. Villa Eve is a fantastic choice for families looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Côte d'Azur. Highly recommended—we hope to return!"

"Beautiful location, more remote than I had realized when booking but this ended up adding to the experience! So peaceful, so spacious, beautiful! The hosts were very welcoming and flexible about our arrival time and immediately offered bikes to our kids on arrival and showed us the chickens, the stream, the boats and their big beautiful garden. The hosts put 2 lifesized stuffed animals (tigers) on the kids beds and they still refer to our stay now as "the place with the giant tigers"; they loved it! Our dog adored being able to run so much in the huge garden after hours in the car. The house was really well equpped, we cooked up a great meal as we had stopped in a supermarket along the way (best to do this as nowhere nearby to shop or eat). We had a lovely stay, thank you so much!"

"Location was very convenient for access to the town, restaurants and the waterside/promenade walks. Surprisingly quiet overnight. Lounge very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen appeared to offer all facilities but we ate out apart from breakfasts Beds were very comfortable too. The Boulanger's closeness was great for fresh breakfast croissants etc. You could smell the bread when stepping out the door!"

"The apartment is beautiful - located in a historic buiding. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. upon arrival we found delicious breakfast items in the fridge and a generous supply of L'or coffe capsules. Private parking was most appreciated in central Le Mans. The central heating was progammed to remian on during the cold snap - so it was lovely and warm upon our arrival. The owner is incredibly thoughtful - everything was provided for - Bravo!"

"The hostess of the room is very caring. It is convenient that the keys are left in a box. There are all the necessary dishes. It is convenient that there are a large number of beds, so settling a large family is not a problem."
