Art Contemporain positsioneeritud Place de la Bourse'ist 11-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Hoones on lift ja see paiknev 800 meetri kaugusel Esplanade des Quinconces'ist. Majutusasutus on 600 meetri kaugusel Grand Théâtre de Bordeaux'st ja 300 meetri kaugusel kesklinnast. "Muy bien ubicado, a 6-7 min de la opera. Es pequeño pero suficiente para 3-4 días. La cocina está bien equipada. Muy cómodo para moverse por Burdeos. A 10 min está el tranvía para ir al aeropuerto. Repetiría."
