"The apartment was very clean and modern, like new. All the essentials were there. Very well located, 10 min by train to Disneyland or 25 walk. Really nice estate with supermarket, many restaurants and really good bakery on your doorstep. Next time in Disneyland we will definitely stay there for longer. Perfect for couple or parent with child."

"Joli studio très propre et bien conçu pour un maximum de détente après une journée à Disneyland Paris. Le lit était très confortable. Un grand Merci à Rachid, notre hôte, qui a été d'une extrême gentillesse. Il nous a remis les clés à l'entrée du parc afin que nous puissions profiter au maximum de notre journée. Il nous a tout bien expliqué et envoyé des photos de son logement et de son garage pour que nous puissions plus facilement y accéder. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement qui est idéalement placé, dans un quartier calme, à deux pas de Disneyland Paris."

"Es pot aparcar gratuïtament a la llarga avinguda de davant de l'apartament. Es troba molt ben situat, de ràpid accés per entrar i sortir de la ciutat i a poc més de 15min caminant del centre. Zona tranquil•la. Fàcil checkin i atenció amable de l'Émile. Apartament amb ventilador i finestra, i llits còmodes."

"Catia made contact a couple of days before and was super responsive during the stay. The place is spacious and very quiet. It is in a busy area of the town centre but you have to go through 2 gates to get to apartment which gives onto a nice quiet inner yard. From there it's only short walks to the Place Massena, the old Nice, the Promenade des Anglais. Main house items were available, including a coffee machine and pods. Also dishwasher and washing machine with respective detergents, which we haven't used."

"Really good. I guess the building was really old and renovated it all in different appartements. Honestly, it is an amazing job! Well done! Very clean also!"
"No dedicated arrival time needed as the keys where put inside a locker. Clear communication of the host on how to retrieve the keys. The apartment itself was as described. We were with 2 people so it was big enough. Excellent location, beach and center nearby. Parking is for free until 1st of April"
