"Donatella (the host) nothing was too much trouble. Greeted with a warm welcome. It was a perfect location for our hiking 🥾 the facilities are :- a double bedroom, lounge, toilet and shower room (towels provided) whole of the downstairs. In the lounge there was a kettle, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and utensils 🥄 it was perfect for us as we could eat in or out. You have your own key 🔑 come and go as you please 10/10"

"Absolutely lovely place in the heart of Chamonix. Donatella is a great host, very friendly person. Very warm, with a big fire that comes on early evening and morning. Microwave, toaster and kettle. Small fridge. We just bought some supplies for tea and toast."

"Tella is extremely friendly and helpful. Her house is just a few minutes walk from the center of Chamonix so you can just leave the car at the appartment. For two the lodging is just perfect"
"One little disappointment: Although there are some kitchen appliances there is no real kitchen. Noticing our small disappointment Tella immediately proposed we could use her own kitchen upstairs, which is no problem as the 2 levels are connected by an inside staircase."

"Easy to find. Great parking right next door and great offer to save on overnight parking. Staff at reception were so nice and helpful, friendly and relaxed. We booked the family room with double and bunk bed. The kids found it “epic” and it worked great for all of us. Great little bathroom. Everything was super clean. We booked as we wanted to stop on our way to Brittany. We had other plans for the way back. We had such a nice time at The People Caen that we cancelled our plans and booked here again!"
