"Les points positifs sont l'emplacement de l'appartement très proche à pied de la mer c'est agréable, la sympathie et la réactivité du propriétaire il a vraiment été super arrangeant, l'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Cependant l'isolation entre les appartements n'est pas top nous avons beaucoup entendu nos voisins d'à côté les 2 premières nuits et je pense qu'eux aussi ont dû entendre les enfants ect. Un petit rafraîchissement du salon est à prévoir on voit qu'il commence à avoir vu pas mal de monde (sol et peinture) et une petite douche à l'italienne serait plus approprié que la baignoire."

"A fantastic apartment. The French balconies were spacious and felt like real balconies, with a great view of the beach. The soundproofing was excellent – with the windows closed, we couldn’t hear any traffic noise at all. This would definitely be my first choice if I return to Menton. "The location! Warm & cosy flat & we felt very safe & secure. The concierge was very good and responsive with communication. We were asked for our opinion of the flat when we left on our final day which we provided. The location although a little tired from the outside, it is an Appartment complex so I guess, little the host can do about the communal areas. It is extremely good value for money, situated perfectly to get everywhere on foot. We had a wonderful stay in Lille."
