Laston House paiknev Ilfracombe sadama kohal mäel keset 2 hektari suurust metsamaad. Kesktänav on vaid 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel ning sadama poed ja restoranid on 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Külalised saavad kohapeal tasuta parkida ja avalikes kohtades tasuta WiFi-ühendust kasutada. Kõikides majutusasutuse Laston House tubades on Freeview-kanalid ning tee ja kohvi valmistamise võimalus. Finding the property - one needs to drive to the bottom of New Barnstaple Road and just before the traffic lights turn right, signposted Laston House, into a long approach track. Google-maps leaves you stranded on the road. Also, the room did not have any information, e.g. wifi code (this was on the wall downstairs) or places to visit."
