The Devonian peitub rannast 2-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Residentsist avaneb horisont Glen Falconile ja maastikukujundusega aedadele. Douglase kesklinn ning Isle of Man TT mootorrattasõidu algus- ja lõpp-punkt on vaid 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel.
