"We didn't have breakfast. We liked the amount of teas and coffees on offer. We really liked the venue and surrounding area. Claire on the phone was great."

"The only things that were unimpressive were the parking in that we had to move our car a few times as not to get a parking ticket and the fact that we did not get the code to the key and had to ring Claire. We did get the text but one day later."

"The hotel was within easy walking and driving distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast service, although not on site, was only 50 yards away and the food was excellent. The rooms and 'common' areas were exceptionally clean."

"Plenty of parking outside with discs available in the hotel. Absolutely lovely lady who checked us in and out. Excellent location. Immaculately clean and very comfortable."

"Check-in was friendly and went smoothly. Parking was available close by and parking discs are provided which is a nice touch. As are the biscuits provided in the room with the tea and coffee. The tea and coffee is also the most generous I have experienced with a plentiful supply of UHT milk. Decaf coffee was also available which was a big bonus for me as I can't drink the regular so I appreciated the thoughtfulness behind it."

"The shower, although it looked new and in excellent condition was a bit weak when set to a comfortable temperature. (Our room was right at the top of the house so this may have had a part to play). There was also a fault with the toilet where the cistern wasn't refilling properly which couldn't be addressed immediately since we were only staying the weekend. However we did inform the owner so that it can be fixed for following guests."

"The bed was really comfy had a great night's sleep room was plenty big enough ( family room with bunkbeds ) The location was good very near to the south beach .The breakfast was excellent in the nearby sister Hotel. Enjoyed our 2night stay."

"We were on the 3rd floor which was alot of steps with no lift but we booked last minute so just went for what was left and a good price . If anything the shower was not very powerful but didn't spoil our stay ."
