"Overall I stayed here as part of a relocation scouting trip. It worked very well as a base to explore Tbilisi more deeply. The location made it easy to balance sightseeing and daily life. What I liked Great location. It was easy to walk around the city and access daily necessities at the same time. Stable Wi-Fi, which was important for research and planning during my stay. The bathroom and overall space were clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so eating out was easy and convenient."

"Зручні ліжка та подушки, великий балкон з великим зручним столом (що є рідкістю), є сушарка для білизни на балконі. Гарний вид на гори і з нашого балкону на третьому поверсі було трошки видно море (частину закривають дерева). Але з четвертого поверху відкривається шикарний вид на море. Чисте повітря і не чутно машин на трасі. Приємні господарі. До моря йшли вниз пішки 13 хвилин, нагору їздили на таксі Болт усього за 3 ларі :) Між 1-м та 2-м поверхами є кухня, де можна готувати самостійно, між 3-м та 4-м поверхами є мікрохвильовка."

"The location was as described with proximity to the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. The garden area is very well maintained. The owner was very nice and very helpful, he even got us some charcoal from the local market on a rainy day. There is space for 2 or 3 cars inside the gates. Good location to stay with easy access to points of interest around the area and close to Batumi."
