"This is a spotless property managed by sweet elderly ladies. They have a common kettle and microwave as well as a dining area so it is very convenient to grab food from the nearby supermarkets or bakeries and early here. The kitchen is stocked with cutlery and plates that you can use and self wash. Its a 15 mins walk from Ortachala bus depot. We needed to leave our bags for a day and the staff helped with that. They don't speak English so we used the translator. We did not see any air conditioning but it was October and we managed just fine. The hotel is situated at lower the ground level however we did not think it was dark or damp. It was clean, efficient and well managed. Great budget option for Tbilisi"

"There are only one small window per room near the ceiling, it's quite dark during the day, and also noisy in those rooms which are placed from the road side, especially if the window is open, people are walking right in front of the window. The audibility is high overall."
