"Хорошее соотношение цена/качество, прекрасное месторасположение, очень радушный хозяин. Есть бесплатное место для парковки небольшой машины (ограничения по ширине и высоте въезда во двор). Две комнаты, два санузла, есть стиральная машина. Есть кондиционер на случай жары и электроконвекторы на случай холода (мы пользовались последними)"
