"The hosts welcomed us very kindly, they did everything to make us feel comfortable. The apartment is moderately clean and equipped, but we were compensated by the view."

"Nothing to fault. Pleasant hostess, her little daughter speaks English very well. The apartment has a terrace with a view of the whole Tbilisi, in front of the apartment there is another terrace that can be used, but it is shared. On the shared terrace you can take sweetened drinks, water, wine from the fridge for a fee. The prices are indicated on each bottle and can. The apartment has two separate rooms, one is windowless, the other has a small balcony. Everything is clean and ready. There are clotheslines and a couple of clothes pegs on the private terrace. We also used the washing machine and stove, there is a large fridge freezer."

"A little challenging to find, the entrance to the house is basically from the courtyard of the house, not from the main road. Difficult to park in the neighborhood, it is located on a hill and spaces are scarce."

"The host was amazing! This apartment is located at the top of the family home, so the owner is right there. Our flight was moved to 5am and we had to leave for the airport at 3am and he drove us! He doesn't speak English but is excellent via WhatsApp. The view is amazing."

"Lovely hosts, friendly, quiet, non-intrusive, they welcomed us with a homemade wine and traditional Easter sweets. The location is great, you can get quickly to one of the main streets and the center and you can reach every part of the city easily (by car)."

"Больше всего впечатлила терасса с невероятно эффектным видом на город, я буду скучать за этим. Сама терраса достаточно просторная из-за нее наш выбор и пал на это жилье, не прогадали. Неожиданным сюрпризом было наличие в номере еще 2-х балконов. В самом номере есть все необходимое для проживания - утюг, стиральная машина, просторные комнаты. Супер место, я бы вернулась. Хозяева - это отдельная удача - с первой встречи я была впечатлена гостеприимством и заботой этих хороших людей. Мы прилетели ночью, нас ждали, в тратили да еще и накормили от души по-человечески, подумав о том что мы после долгой дороги."

"В самом номере за эти деньги, учитывая расположение мне все понравилось. Единственный, возможно, для кого то минус - подьем на верх перед тем как попасть в отель. Но благодаря этой высоте есть прекрасный вид из окон."

"Очень понравился чистый, просторный номер для семьи с двумя спальнями. Шикарная техника на кухне: холодильник с water dispenser, отличная стиральная машина. И 2 балкона - виды выше всяких похвал! Хозяин Георгий внимательный, отзывчивый. Расположение очень удачное."
