"This property was our favorite. Last year we really liked the location and the facilities so we chose to stay in that same location this year even though it was not available at the beginning of our stay and we had to move."

"Honestly, I thought about giving an even lower rating, and all because of the garbage and mess. Unfortunately, the location was not cleaned, the windows were very dirty, especially in the kitchen, the oven smelled very strongly of fish, and the trash can was way too full (garbage was even placed next to the trash can) and it smelled terrible. You couldn't sit in the yard, especially at night, because of the smell. You couldn't open the window in the kitchen because of the smell of the trash can. The message I received from the agency was that someone would come to take out the trash, but they can't say exactly the date and time. Well... from January 3rd to January 9th, no one came to take out the trash. It smelled terrible. Shame on the property for driving away its customers with such behavior. I think a general cleaning and emptying the trash can when someone leaves the location wouldn't hurt. This year I only had 2 pillows in the 2 rooms. It's true that I only occupied one room, but I'm used to sleeping on a higher pillow or two pillows. I'm sorry I had to write this message...but it seemed just as bad that I couldn't enjoy the property's courtyard, as if I rented an apartment not a house."
