Residents Clara peitub Lesvose Petra külas Avlaki piirkonnas madalal mäel, liivarannast vaid 200 meetri kaugusel. Aadressis on mereveega laguun ja Egeuse mere vaatega toidukoht. Traditsioonilises hoones asuvas elamuis Clara on elegantselt sisustatud elamispinnad, mis on kujundatud pastelsetes toonides. Kõikidel konditsioneeriga tubadel on möbleeritud rõdu, kust avaneb dekoratsioon Egeuse merele. Ergonoomilineuste hulka kuuluvad satelliittelevisioon ja minibaar. Hommikueinei Rootsi lauas serveeritakse peatumiskohti söögisaalis või merevaatega terrassil. Veekeskusibaaris pakutakse päeval suupisteid. Kohapeal on ka kõrts, kus pakutakse koduseid toite. Petra liivarand on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel ja Anaxose rand on 800 meetri kaugusel. Peatumiskoht Clara peitub Odysseas Elytis Mytilene rahvusvahelisest lennujaamast 60 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on tasuta eraparkla.

"The hotel is located in a wonderful spot, where all rooms offer a beautiful view of Molyvos — just across the bay — and the Aegean Sea. You can enjoy breathtaking sunsets right from the hotel. All towels and sheets were clean. Breakfast was very good, with a satisfying variety. If you’re lucky, you might even get to taste "lokma" and "mücver" 😃. Just by the sea, about a 5-minute walk away, there are modernly designed tavernas (Caravan by the Sea and Avlaki) where you can enjoy delicious local seafood."

"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel as a family. Every morning started with the warm hospitality and delightful conversations of Mr. Dimitrios – such a kind and thoughtful host. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The Wi-Fi connection was impressively strong throughout our stay, which made everything even more convenient. We also appreciated the availability of parking on-site. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the sea – and our room had a breathtaking view that made each day even more special. We would love to come back!"

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Petra. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer a view of Petra. The kitchen is adequate. Breakfast is good and varied. The hotel owner, Dimitri, is very friendly and attentive. The pool is filled with seawater and is clean."
