Yoğunluk olması durumunda yakında ücretli otopark da mevcuttur. Daire yeni olduğu için ilk müşterilerdeniz. Çamaşır makinasından kettle kahve makinesi ve benzeri şeylerin hepsi mevcut. Dairede güneş enerjisi sıcak su için kullanılmasına rağmen güneş olmayan zamanlar için ayrıca elektrik ile de sıcak su kullanılabiliyor. Evinizin konforunda tamamen yeni bir daire.
