Urban Pack asetseb 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Stari parvlaevasadamast, Harbour City kaubanduskeskusest ja Tähtede avenüüst. Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Majutusasutus on vaid mõneminutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Tsim Sha Tsui jaamast (Exit A1) ja 50-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel Hongkongi rahvusvahelisest lennujaamast. Läheduses asuvad mitmesugused söögikohad ja ööpäev läbi avatud pood. Ühistubades on televiisor, konditsioneer, külmkapp ja telefon. Olemas on ka isiklikud hoiukapid. Ühises vannitoas on dušš ja föön. "I love that it was close to the harbour, mrt & bus area. Very easy to find if you follow the instructions that they send you after confirming your booking. The staff especially (Mary) made me feel very welcome & does her best to keep the hostel clean 🙌🏽"
