Very bad internet but it was not essential for us. A bit hard to find - we got the turn from the main road on the third try and we used navigation. The turn is just in a very inconvenient location, you have to be very careful with the traffic when you go there.

The walk to to the beach is not bad it is right across the street however it is not a main beach so make sure to have water shoes. we didn't swim there and walked down to the area's with most of the resorts. That is a solid 20-30 minute walk one way. The only issue with walking was that if you want restaurants they are down there so having a car would be more convenient.

"The property location was great easy to find and if you know negril it’s on the hip strip. The property was well kept and clean. It’s a home away from home. Pillows were very stiff and hard, but you could ask the management office to change. Would be great if they could install a couple vending machines on site.
