"Kelly and his family are amazing hosts. We feel in family! :-) Kelly is so helpful and talkative, always able to give suggestions and help finding activities to do, contacts, etc. His son, Junior, went with us to many places and activities and we fell him like a younger brother! :-) All the family made us feel welcome and at "home far from home". Installations are simple, but in a nice location, in the countryside, quite and friendly place, not far from Goroka center/easy bus connections but we have everything we needed, even to cook our meals. If you want a simple and family place to stay, with someone who will help you around, this is the place! If once I go back PNG and Goroka, I'll stay here again! :-) Thanks Kelly, Junior and family! Hope to see you again!"

It's normal to have light and water cuts. But it's common in the region/general problem and not from the place.

"The price and location of this hostel are excellent. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. Tobias and the cat Felix (aka Garfield) did a great job running the place while the owner, Christian, was enjoying his vacation in Greece. Highly recommended"

The location is nearby the Black Beach, so it can get really windy outside.

"Welcoming host, good condition of the rooms and bathroom. It felt safe to walk around in the Neighbourhood (during daytime), people seemed friendly and interested. Note that it is not a touristy area, what makes the experience of visiting Praia more authentic."

"The hostel is in the heart of Antwerp, it’s walkable distance from anywhere. We got access to our room very early which was a nice surprise. Our beds were comfortable and the shared spaces were alright. I liked the decor. Our stay came with a free breakfast, which was absolutely lovely. As fas as hostels go, this was a very pleasant experience."

My only gripe was again the location. Being that the hostel is in the very center, there was a lot of noise outside until the early hours of the morning. Again, not the hostel’s fault, just something to keep in mind.

"Amazing hostel, nice location and there are always a lot of travellers passing by. If you are planning to go to the seven lakes it’s very likely you’ll find other people so you can share a car to the lakes, stay overnight at the guesthouse. The hostel also lets you leave your things if you’re leaving and then come back."

Rooms very very basic and had a mould issue. But other than that was okay. We didn’t have bed bugs in our room, but we met other backpackers in the dorm beds that said they did have them…

"Great helpful staff, freshly cleaned room. I arrived earlier than planned and they quickly swept and mopped the room and made up my bed while I waited. Super central location. Showers were hot. Got given a roll of toilet paper on check in which seems like a great solution to previous negative reviews saying toilet paper ran out and wasn't topped up. Great value for money"

There was no common area to hang out in like a lounge or courtyard or kitchen, but even still I made new friends just in my dorm room, in the corridor and in the bathroom while brushing my teeth. Probably not ideal for light sleepers as there is a karaoke bar nearby but I really enjoyed being able to hear all the singing!

"This place is simply fabulous - clean, quiet, cozy, everything works, in a great location near night market, mall, fast food etc, easily reachable by bus, yet, some rooms face forest. It's self check-in, all information is provided timely and clearly, communication is brilliant and any questions promptly answered. One of the best place to stay ever."

There is nothing not to like. But, as you need a code to enter your room, its probably not a good idea to rush to the toilet in the middle of the night, and forgetting phone with the code in the room 😊 (didn't happen, but could 🤣). Love it here...

"Asukoht super hea. Admin väga lahke ja abivalmis. Tuba suur ja rõduga. Meie toas oli suur voodi ja 1 narivoodi mis olid mugavad. Ma arvan et kui ruumi on toas piisavalt siis võiks ikka toas olla ka külmutuskapp ja veekeetja. See minu arvamus. Kuigi 1 korrusel on ühisköök kus kõik olemas."

Üllatav oli et esimesel korrusel tuleb saapad jalast ära võtta. Kas jätad sinna või võtad näpu vahel tuppa kaasa.
