"This is such a unique property and what an experience to stay in a Troglodyte home. We were welcomed warmly and thoroughly enjoyed sleeping in the cave like rooms, that were so spacious too. Dinner is available at the guesthouse for a reasonable price considering how much food they gave us too."

The showers in the bathrooms have zero water pressure, it was just a trickle of water unfortunately.

There were no towels in the room, no heater, no power point to plug the electric blankets or the bedside lamp into, no spare blankets, poorly made beds. Shared bathroom was not cleaned regularly and was leaking water on the floor from the toilet.

"Location was spot on, right in the city centre and close to the bus station. The beach is 5 minutes away. Lovely lady at the front desk. She upgraded me to a sea view room, without me even asking."

The hotel is a bit dated, but you've got what you pay for.

"Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.

There was some water on the bathroom floor, which I guess was caused by a leaking pipe. It did affect the overall experience a bit.

The shower curtain was washed, but it showed signs of wear and tear and needs replacing. That's the only thing

"Kuigi tegemist oli ilma akendeta toaga, oli kõik suurepärane. Kuna jõudsime pimedas ja lahkusime kohe peale hommikusööki, siis akna puudumine ja toa asukoht kohe fuajees üldse ei häirinud. "The resort is just next to a clean beach for breathing fresh air all of the times, has a clean swimming pool, pool side sitting area, bar selling drink options and snacks, kitchen offering different food options. There are only a few rooms here (5-6) so you can check availability for booking. There are many coconut trees at the facility and you can enjoy a great sunshine exposure at this place."

There was nothing that you don't like here as you are close to the pool and beach front. However, the place is situated at ELWA, a few km far from city, so you would need to get a taxi if you have business in Monrovia town (Sinkor or Clara town etc.)
