que pase calor en la habitación, no habian prendido el aire porque decia que iba a bajar la temperatura, pero la habitacion tenia una ventana hacia un pulmon donde no ingresaba aire, por lo tanto, no pudimos descansar muy bien por el calor.

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

staff refused to arrange the car with a driver to the border with Angola, even if I'm agree for the proposed price. Why ?

"This is such a unique property and what an experience to stay in a Troglodyte home. We were welcomed warmly and thoroughly enjoyed sleeping in the cave like rooms, that were so spacious too. Dinner is available at the guesthouse for a reasonable price considering how much food they gave us too."

The showers in the bathrooms have zero water pressure, it was just a trickle of water unfortunately.

My friend and I stayed at Anbat Midtown Hotel during a difficult time due to the war, yet they continued to provide excellent hospitality and made sure we felt safe and well cared for. There were no towels in the room, no heater, no power point to plug the electric blankets or the bedside lamp into, no spare blankets, poorly made beds. Shared bathroom was not cleaned regularly and was leaking water on the floor from the toilet.

The shower curtain was washed, but it showed signs of wear and tear and needs replacing. That's the only thing
