Dosud House Studios kinnitunud UNESCO kaitse alla kuuluvas Spliti piirkonnas Diocletianuse palee edelaosas, gooti stiilis Püha Miikaeli kiriku kohal. Kõikides stuudiokorterites on konditsioneer ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Kõiki külalisi tervitatakse suupistete ja jookidega. Igas stuudiokorteris on televiisor, kööginurk koos kõige vajalikuga ning privaatne vannituba, kus on dušš ja föön. Kõikidest majutusruumidest avaneb dekoratsioon vanadele kitsastele linnatänavatele. Mitmed einestamisalaid, baarid, poed, galeriid ja kohvikud asuvad apartementidest 20 meetri kaugusel. Riva promenaad on 50 meetri kaugusel ning Bačvice liivarand on 700 meetri kaugusel. Marjani metsapark on optimeeritud matkamiseks, piknikeks ja pikkadeks jalutuskäikudeks ning on lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kohalikud bussid, mis viivad linna kõikidesse osadesse, asuvad 500 meetri kaugusel. Peamine bussi- ja raudteejaam ning Spliti parvlaevasadam, kust saab iga päev sõita piirnev asuvatele saartele, on vaid 500 meetri kaugusel. Spliti lennujaam jääb 25 km kaugusele.

"The location was excellent, the bus and ferry stops a few minutes away by foot; access easy and room clean. Steep steps may be a problem for some with heavy luggage, but that is a general European travel issue when staying in apartments."

"The studio is cozy and functional, every detail has been carefully thought out and beautifully executed, even the clothes hangers were handmade. As soon as we entered, we felt like we were coming home. The bathroom was very bright and had a wonderful view, which is not often found. We give the cleanliness the highest rating. The location is also great - in the heart of the old town, close and within walking distance to the bus station, attractions, the sea, the port, the park. It is next to the Diocletian's Palace. Opposite of the house is a very nice little café, which was a bar in the evening."

"We have a recommendation for the host - to communicate consistently with their guests, because we asked for recommendations for restaurants we could visit in the city, but did not give us any."

"We were so happy we chose B+B Villa Plitvica. We had a beautiful, spacious room and the view from our balcony was amazing. The location was perfect, being situated next to the 'secret' no. 3 entrance just 10mins on foot down the road. You have to buy the park ticket online beforehand. The helpful and friendly hostess will give you a map and explain it all. It was great not having to use the car and the private parking space was useful. The area was beautiful and quiet. There was a lovely choice at breakfast including freshly prepared eggs and pancakes. For dinner there are 3 restaurants close by, all within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"The host was very kind and helpful. The property was as described and exceptionally clean. The position of the apartment is such that we had not need to use the AC often. It was very comfortable and cool day and night, so we had no trouble sleeping. There is a small terrace with a garden as part of the apartment, so you could sit there and relax or have lunch. The city center is 10 minutes on foot, as are the nearest beaches. You can get there by car also, but we like to walk so this was perfect for us. The water was crystal clear, and there were many trees so that you could relax in the shade."

"We stayed with our family on 08/25. The accommodation was perfect. The biggest benefit was the clean and beautiful pool with a view of the sea; our child spent more time there than at the beach. The owners are nice and attentive and live in the house, so they can help with anything. It's a short walk to the beach. The villa and its surroundings are very nicely maintained. Parking in front of the house on a separate lot. Fast internet > 250 Mbps."
