House Mitic rajatud vaid 100 meetri kaugusel kivikliburannast ja 2,5 km kaugusel Rovinj kesklinnast. "Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e veramente comoda per raggiungere le splendide spiagge di val del lesso, adatte anche ai bambini piccoli, molto attrezzate e con un bellissimo paesaggio. Il parcheggio per l'auto si trova sempre, se quello all'interno della struttura fosse occupato, si può trovare posto facilmente nelle vie laterali vicine. Poco distante dalla casa c'è un supermercato e una buona pizzeria per una cena dell' ultimo minuto"
