Riva Rooms asetseb populaarse Riva promenaadi kõrval, merest vaid 50 meetri kaugusel. Kõik olulisemad vaatamisväärsused, sealhulgas UNESCO maailmapärandi nimistusse kuuluv Diocletianuse palee, on vaid mõne sammu kaugusel. Tubades on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Lisaks on olemas ühine köök ja televiisoriga elutuba. Kõikides tubades on vaipkattega põrandad, riidekapp, laud ja toolid. Mõnel toal on rõdu ning kõikides majutusruumides on privaatne fööniga vannituba. Lähim toidukoht ja kõrts asuvad otse Rooms Riva ees. Toidupood on 5 meetri kaugusel ning värskete toiduainete turg on umbes 200 meetri kaugusel. Kogu vanalinna piirkond, kuhu pääseb vaid mõne sammu kaugusele, on mitmesuguste galeriide, kaupluste, kohvikute, baaride ja restoranidega. Suvekuudel korraldatakse seal sageli kultuuriüritusi. Peristili väljak ja Diocletianuse palee sissepääs on 100 meetri kaugusel. Marjani Forrest-park jääb 300 meetri kaugusele. Kohapeal on palju jalgratta- ja matkaradu ning vaateplatvorm pakub kauneid vaateid Spliti linnale. Peamine bussi- ja raudteejaam on 400 meetri kaugusel ning parvlaevasadam asetseb otse nende kõrval. Spliti sadamast väljuvad iga päev paadid ümbritsevatele saartele Brač, Hvar, Šolta, Vis ja Korčula.

Very, very close( within 20 metres) to lots of amenities including cafes, supermarket and laundrette. Clean kitchen. Comfortable bed and slap bang opposite Michelin restaurant, which is excellent and amazingly good value. Be sure to book restaurant."

"It was clean, close to the centre (about 10 min walk), and everything you might need during your stay. • Showers: clean, quite modern and comfortable. You can lock the shower door and shower safely. • Beds: one pillow, one blanket, comfortable and big enough. Didn't make sounds and overall it was a good night sleep. Of course as you see from the photos there are no curtains so maybe that could be a privacy issue for some, but we were fine • It's warm and quite. We travelled in January and it was good • U have cabinets to lock your stuff in, not a huge space but it was enough for us (two backpackers) • Sinks and mirrors in the bathroom : a lot of it, all clean, water is drinkable from the tap"
