Stipan Studio & Room paikneb Splitis, Jezinaci rannast ja Obojena Svjetlost 2 km kaugusel. Majutusruumides on istumisnurk. Külalistemajal on privaatne sissepääs, et muuta peatumise ajal külalislahkeamaks. Majutusasutus on kesklinnast 300 meetri ja Bacvice rannast 1,5 km kaugusel. Kõikides majutusruumides on konditsioneer, satelliittelevisioon ja lameekraaniga televiisor. Igas majutusruumis on kohvimasin, privaatne vannituba ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Mõnel toal on terrass ja mõnest avaneb perspektiiv aiale. Külalistemaja igas toas on voodipesu ja rätikud. Külalised saavad lõõgastuda majutusasutuse aias. Külalistemaja mõne minuti kaugusel asuvad populaarsed huviväärsused on Mladezi pargi staadion, Diocletianuse palee ja Spliti arheoloogiamuuseum. Spliti lennujaam jääb 24 km kaugusele.

"The room was very close to the city center, but it was in quiet street. There was a nice backyard to sit down. Room was clean and cosy, equipped with airconditioning, tea, coffee and kettle. The owner is very nice, she stored our luggage for few hours before we could onboard the yacht."

"The apartment is a short walk away from the nearest bus stop from the airport. You are very close to all you have to explore in Split without being in the noisy/ busy part of town. Living like a Split local."

"Everything was good. I was glad that there was a coffee machine as well as filter papers and coffee available. But it took a little while to find out where to place the coffee machine in the tiny kitchen. An extension lead would have been helpful."
