Villa Rosa loodud Brodaricas, 200 meetri kaugusel Goldfish rannast, 400 meetri kaugusel Brodarica rannast ja 700 meetri kaugusel Luka rannast. Rannaäärsel majutusasutusel on rõdu ja tasuta eraparkla. "Very uncomplicated check-in, host was very kind and easy to contact in case we had questions. We got nice information about public transportation, unfortunately the dog wasnt allowed on the bus. The host speaks bery good German. Location was close to the beach. The room was clean and had air conditioning. We could park in front of the house and we were allowed to leave the car there even after we checked out."

"The terrace was the best with a beautiful view, we enjoyed it every day. 15 min away from Dubrovnik. It was peaceful and quiet during the evenings. There are pádel board and Kayak’s they you can use free of charge. Niko is really nice and friendly he arrange a funny tour for us. Airco properly working. The beach is right at your finger tips."
