"We stayed here as we were guests at a wedding in nearby Drumquinna Manor . As this B&B was located less than 2km away it was perfect The views from the ensuite room were exceptional but what made this stand out from many more places was the owner Geraldine and her daughter who were fantastic to deal with and cooked a delicious breakfast"

"We had a lovely stay in Mayo in Helens Self Catering. Our host met us and very kindly showed us the house and chatted with us. The house was lovely with spectacular views. Really nice snacks on arrival, which the kids promptly devoured after the long drive. The house was just 10 mins outside of where we were going out for the evening in Castlebar, so it was so convenient. And a lovely breakfast was left ready for us that we enjoyed very much the next morning, before hitting the road again. Our stay in Helens Self Catering has left a lasting good impression with us and we appreciate the thoughtfulness and kindness from our hosts."

"Everything was great. The staff are so warm and welcoming. The location is great, but beware that it is 20 min walk to the city centre. The breakfast was very diverse, something to everyone's taste. Great smoothies every morning. Amazing porridge to order directly from the staff! The gym is basic, but still functional. The beds very comfortable. The cleaning very thorough and on a daily basis. Would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room. Highly recommend this place!"
