"Rooms were clean, Food was mouth watering, location is great, staff is also very helpful and soft spoken, they provided me a cab for sightseeing that too on a great price. thanks hotel Ruby for a home away from home feeling, will recommend this property to everyone."

"Utterly spectacular hotel - we have travelled the world extensively and this has to be the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time)! The Reception staff treated us like we were their VIPs and made every effort to make our stay memorable including a free upgrade and a complimentary room whilst we waited for our flight - The paintings, furnishings, scale, swimming pools, service, breakfast offer are all stunning. Location great with rooftop restaurants in walking distance; Tuk Tuks wait nearby too. We couldn’t believe our luck and best of all the price was reasonable … if you visit Udaipur this hotel will blow you away"

"Breakfast is very good spread of continental & Indian options. The staff is very prompt and proactive in their service delivery which is very rare these days. The swimming pool is one of the biggest by far in town. Room size is average but decent overall. Its an old property but they have maintained & upgraded it from time to time. I visit this hotel frequently & it was my 7th time or 8th time at this hotel over the last 13-14 years that I have been visiting this property."

"Excellent location, welcoming staff at reception and in the restaurants. The room was very spacious with large wardrobes. The Spa was clean and professionally run (special mention to Rose). The rooftop dining was very pleasant and the food (Japanese) was very good. Housekeeping was also very efficient (6th floor)."
