"Sayan Housekeeping staff was very polite and well spoken, service on time. Amit the luggage boy was very decent and smiling whenever he used to meet us. Overall stay superb, you must try their food, very delicious"

"Absolutly everything was exceptional!! I had such horrible day when I was looking for place to stay and honestly 8 hours of trying to find some hotel was hard as 2 times I have been scammed , when I found place on booking with good price they didn’t want accept price so they wanted 2x more or what happend is address wasn’t correct so I couldn’t find . I decided to stay in Monotel and that was the best decision!!! Receptionist name Abhishek Maharana turned my horrible day into absolutely unforgettable day and stay !! Iam so thankful I met him and also made friend ! Food served as buffet was stunning ! Highly recommend this hotel !! Thank you for everything"

"The hotel is a lovely family run business. It did not feel like a hotel, more like a home. It is located in a small alley, a quiet area away from busy market but everything is walking distance. They serve breakfast. The room is very spacious. I especially loved the courtyard with the plants and terrace. The family is really helpfull. If you want to stay out late or get up early you tell them and they make sure to open the door for you."

"I tried a hostel for the first time and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. I went in a little sceptical, but a close friend strongly recommended this place—and it completely lived up to (and surpassed) my expectations. The property itself is stunning, perfectly located (a walkable radius from most important landmarks), with a rooftop view that’s hard to beat. But what really made the experience was the vibe—there’s such a natural sense of community here that just pulls you in. What I loved and will miss the most were the owners and staff, who are easily some of the warmest, most genuine people I met on this trip. Somehow managed to feel like I’d known them for ages by the time I left. Left with a full heart and would 100% want to stay here again."
