"The staff was very kind, helpful, listening and flexible! They arranged for me a better upgraded room at no additional cost. They always provided me with tea, water and so on, great staff! The breakfast is superb + the view from the last floor is stunning! Finally, the area all around is super safe and all the facilities are available."

"I liked everything!"

"My stay at the hotel was made truly enjoyable thanks to the wonderful team at the reception — especially Rudi and Wassim. They were exceptionally professional, kind and always willing to help with anything I needed during my stay. Their positive attitude and genuine care made a real difference and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’m really grateful for that. Thank you, Rudi and Wassim — you are the heart of this place! I highly recommend this hotel."

"Definitely the best place in Erbil!! The staff is so kind and speak great English (good for foreigners). The rooms are amazing and especially for the price you can’t get better in this city. The included breakfast is amazing as well. They are also super helpful with every request I had and they even kept my stuff safe for me when I went traveling for a few days. I loved my stay and actually kept extending/coming back!! My new go to place here in Erbil city🙏💛"

"A very friendly staff, real Kurdish Iraqi hospitality. The room was pretty quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed the generous breakfast buffet in the morning, especially on the roof top with the amazing view of Erbil city."
