See pereettevõttena tegutsev majutus positsioneeritud Fiorenzuola d'Arda kesklinnas ning pakub elegantseid tube, kus on televiisor ja DVD-mängija. Vastuvõtus on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Fiorenzuola raudteejaam on 7-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kõikides Bastimento tubades on televiisor ja CD-mängija. Igas toas on privaatne vannituba, kus on föön ja tualetitarbed. "Main hotel (Mathis) has a restaurant. Train station (Fiorenzuola) and local bus stops are within 10m walk. Bar opposite the Bastimento front door opens 7am. Interior is neat and very clean. Also shower was spotless and large enough for 2 persons actually."
