See pereettevõttena tegutsev võõrastemaja rajatud Fiorenzuola d'Arda kesklinnas ning pakub elegantseid tube, kus on televiisor ja DVD-mängija. Vastuvõtus on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. "Main hotel (Mathis) has a restaurant. Train station (Fiorenzuola) and local bus stops are within 10m walk. Bar opposite the Bastimento front door opens 7am. Interior is neat and very clean. Also shower was spotless and large enough for 2 persons actually."
