Eden Park Resort asetseb 150 meetri kaugusel Aadria mere rannast, mis on ühendatud hotelli juurde viiva läbipääsuga. Kohapeal on ujula koos vesimassaažialaga, mida ümbritseb palmipuudega aed ja padel-väljak. Tubades on värske ja praegune sisekujundus, puitpõrandad ja lameekraaniga televiisor. Lisaks Sellele on olemas möbleeritud rõdu või terrass, tasuta minibaar ning privaatne vannituba, kus on dušš ja föön. Kõikjal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Eden Park Resort paikneb Marina di Montemarcianost ja Ancona lennujaamast 2 km kaugusel. 20-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel on tasuta parkla ning soovi korral saab parkida ka mootorratta ja ratta katusega parklas. "Hotel jest obiektywnie blisko plaży, na której jest ratownik. Można przejść tunelem pod torami kolejowymi. Sam hotel jest w opłakanym stanie, 1 do 2 nocy do wytrzymania, ale na tydzień bym tam nie przyjechał. W pokoju było czysto, ale widać, że remont był z 20 lat temu. Basen nie zachęcił nas do wejścia do wody. Ogólnie jedyna zaleta to 15 min do lotniska."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
