Vaatega Matera Sasso Barisano'le, Fra I Sassi Residence positsioneeritud UNESCO maailmapärandi nimistusse kantud Matera Sassi piirkonnas 17. sajandist pärit renoveeritud hoonetes. Kohapeal on päikeseterrass ning konditsioneeri ja kiviseintega majutusruumid, kust avaneb horisont ajaloolisele kesklinnale. Mõned majutusasutuse Sassi Residence ruumid on otse kalju sisse lõigatud. Kõikides tubades on privaatne vannituba ja kivi- või parkettpõrandad. Külalistele pakutakse hommikubuffeei Rootsi lauas, mis sisaldab cappuccinot või taimeteed, puuvilju ja värskelt valmistatud küpsetisi. Tasuta WiFi-ühendus on saadaval vastuvõtus. Matera katedraal on majutusasutusest Fra I Sassi 300 meetri kaugusel. Soovi korral on saadaval transporditeenus Bari Palese lennujaama ja aadressi vahel, mis on 1-tunnise autosõidu kaugusel. "Amazing property and Rosita and Maria at the reception were very warm and helpful. The Suite we stayed was lovely and the bathtub was all what we needed after walking around so much to relax at night. The breakfast spread was also amazing and they served fresh orange juice. Loved the hospitality. Cheers"
