Keskse asukohaga hotellistruktuur Alba loodud Lavagnas, San Stefano katedraalist 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Hotellistruktuuril on roheline aed. Kõikides tubades on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja LCD-televiisor. Ruumid on individuaalselt sisustatud ning neis on konditsioneer ja kirjutuslaud. "Our room (104) was terrible. We were right over the front door and kitchen/restaurant and could hear EVERYTHING. Doors slamming, pots and pans rattling, etc. We could also hear people in the next room talking and snoring. Also, we were next to the elevator. The walls must have been terribly thin. There was no place in the shower to put shampoo, soap, etc, so it had to sit on the floor. There was mold in caulk, and the shower doors would bind when opened or closed. Very disappointed with our stay."
