Hotellistruktuur Compagnoni kinnitunud Livigno kesklinnas, vaid mõne sammu kaugusel linna paljudest tollimaksuvabadest kauplustest. "Second time at this hotel. Amazing location, but make sure you get the newly refurbished rooms for a better experience. It’s a proper hotel with all the needed facilities included, but the SPA is also waiting for renovation"
"Big part of the staff (with some exceptions ofc) is rude to the clients, especially the cleaning ladies. The day we left they entered our room without knocking 1h before the check out and started to scream at us for still being in the room. Also one personal item went missing during those days. We made a complaint at the reception and they told us ‘Write an email’ without any care in the world. Also not everyone in the reception speaks english. Apart from this, all perfect!"
