Võõrastemajai King suurel maa-alal on tenniseväljakud, suur väliveekeskus ja lastesoojendusega bassein. Möbleeritud päikeseterrassid on ümbritsetud aromaatsete mändidega. Kõikides tubades on konditsioneer ja plaaditud privaatne vannituba koos hommikumantlitega. Kõikidest tubadest avaneb osaline visuaalne põgenemine merele. Hinna sees on 1 päikesevarju ja 2 lamamistooli kasutamine rannas. Iga päev pakutakse mitmekesist hommikusöögi paketti Rootsi lauas, mis sisaldab külmi lihalõike, juustu ja värsket leiba. Jesolo pearaudteejaama viivad bussid peatuvad 50 meetri kaugusel ning viivad bussid Veneetsia lennujaama. Elamu rajatud A4 kiirtee San Donà mahasõidust 28 km kaugusel. Parkimisala on tasuta.

"The staff was lovely. We were checked in before time, no problem. The room was cleaned daily in the morning by a lovely lady. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The pool was clean, sun loungers on the beach and at the pool. We even got beach towels from the reception as we didn't have our owns"

"The hotel offers everything necessary without any additional costs - the beach beds and towels are included in the room rate, the bicycles are being borrowed for free and the swimming pool is just excellent. The breakfast is more than sufficient (even though, I believe Italians could offer better coffee). The hotel is right on the beach and has the least crowded part of the beach in the precincts. In all and all, it is a great value for the money."

"Cisza i spokój. Daleko od centrum, a mimo to bardzo dużo restauracji i sklep w pobliżu. Świetna baza wypadowa do wenecji i okolic z piękną i spokojną plażą w między czasie.przepyszne śniadania. Nawet krem brule co jakiś czas."
